We charge a flat shipping fee $6.95 per order, no matter how big your order, you just pay $6.95(inside United States), no handling fee.

Returns and Exchange Policies:

Customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are dissatisfied with your purchase, you may return the item in original condition (or for beads in original package condition) within 15 days of your order's arrival for a full refund, less shipping charges. The original invoice is required. If a return is made after 15 days, a 15% restocking fee will be charged. We will not accept returns after 30 days.
